Common questions
My buttons are blank or say nothing is playing
The plugin reads from the Amazon Music desktop app, not the web player. Open the Amazon Music app for Windows, start a song, and the buttons should pick it up within a couple of seconds. If they don't, restart the Stream Deck app once.
Volume changes the wrong device
By default the plugin finds Amazon Music's own audio session automatically. If you route audio through something unusual (a virtual mixer, for example), open the action's settings and choose the playback device by hand.
Lyrics are missing for some songs
Synced lyrics come from LRCLIB, a free community lyrics library. Not every song is there yet. If timing is slightly off, use the timing adjustment in the Lyrics action's settings.
Song and artist info is wrong or empty
Summaries come from Wikipedia. Lesser-known tracks and artists may not have an article, or may match a different one with the same name.
The OBS actions don't connect
Make sure OBS Studio is running and its WebSocket server is turned on (in OBS, go to Tools → WebSocket Server Settings). Then enter the same port and password in the OBS action's settings.
Pressing album art doesn't open the exact album in the app
The Amazon Music app for Windows doesn't support opening a specific album from outside the app. Set the action to open the album on the Amazon Music website instead, or simply bring the app to the front.

No. It's an independent plugin made by Rather Spicy. Amazon Music is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates, and Stream Deck is a trademark of Corsair Memory, Inc. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by either.
